How Master Your Finance collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 30 October 2026This website, masteryourfinance.org, is run by Master Your Finance (“MYF”, “we”, “us”). We provide outsourced finance services to professional service firms in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at himanshu@masteryourbusiness.org.
When you use the Contact Us form: your name, work email, firm size and the service you are interested in.
When you use the free health check: your name and work email. The numbers you enter into the health check are worked out in your own browser and are not sent to us.
When you email us or book a call: the details you choose to share with us.
Basic technical data: like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, send you the health check results or resource you asked for, arrange a call, and follow up with relevant guidance for your firm.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. You can ask us to stop follow-up emails at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
For visitors in the UK and EU, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and growing our business, and on steps you ask us to take before a possible engagement. Where the law requires consent for follow-up emails, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our business:
Our team and these providers may be located outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry and health check details for as long as we need them to talk with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact if we do not work together. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as our engagement and legal obligations require.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or object to follow-up emails. Email us and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in Australia.
The site is served over HTTPS, the forms are protected against misuse, and access to enquiries is limited to our team. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
